Women Photographers

Anne Geddes was born and raised in Queensland, Australia, September 13 1956.  She was the third daughter.  She left school at 16 and enrolled in Technical College to learn office skills. She pretty much taught herself everything she knows about photography because a lot of schools didn't offer anything to do with photography. She never really had any influence besides National Geographic and life magazine.  Her struffle was just the fact that it took her a while to settle down and start making her own stuff.  Her style is babies.

The reason why i like the photos above is because they are all cute and there not all the same. She does different things with all the babies she takes photos of. Like the two babies with the angel wings... that is the cutest thing ive ever seen... besides my little sister :)

Magnum Photography

To be a Magnum Photographer it means that you chronicle the world and interpet everything around it.. Meaning people, environmental factors, building.

Henri Cartier
His style is surrealism
Known for his concept of the decisive movement

I like these pictures because there all doing something, there not just sitting still.. well kind of but not really.

Robert Capa

His style was war photos
Hes was named that after all of his photographs from the spanish civil war

I like these photos because there all capturing some kind of life.. My favorite would be the old man and the baby.. Its so cute.

Biography:

Capa hated war, because of the nazi regime, he then met with journalist Gerda Taro, and they invented Robert Capa(Real Name is Andre Friedmann)
